The important thing to remember is that when someone gives you a compliment- even if it’s not the exact one you’re hoping for- you take it and appreciate it. Refusing or correcting a compliment is like someone handing you a cone of ice cream and they forgot to put on sprinkles- you don’t just fucking throw it on the ground.
